Complete this form and reference the links below to register for Far West Water Ski Club Membership and Tournaments; be sure to acknowledge the liability waiver and submit the registration.

Would you like your email and phone # included on a club roster distributed to club members who request it?

Membership and/or Tournaments fees, either yearly or weekend must be paid before you can ski in any of the FWWSC tournaments.

A single membership applies to anyone 18 years of age or older who is not enrolled in a college or university.

A family membership consists of either a married couple or a couple living together in a permanent situation and residing at the same address. The family membership includes all unmarried children under age 18.   

A student membership applies to anyone who is between the ages of 18 and 25 AND is enrolled in a college or university.
Please acknowledge that you have printed, read, signed, understand the “Safety Affirmation and Release” form posted on the Club website.  You do not have to send it to the Club.
